(SSG III) และ Kendrick Global Limited (KG) หรือกลุ่ม SSG เพื่อชำระหนี้การค้า 123.90 ล้านดอลลาร์ หรือ 4.28 พันล้านบาท ตามโครงการแปลงหนี้เป็นทุน หลังจากนั้นกลุ่ม SSG จะเข้ามาถือหุ้นใน GSTEL ในสัดส่วน 76.09% และจะทำคำเสนอซื้อหุ้นทั้งหมดใน GSTEL
