For the second quarter and six-month of the year 2020, total expenses were 3,705.5 million baht and 10,274.3 million baht respectively, dropped by 43.9% and 24.0% from the same period last year. The lower amount of expenses was mainly comprised of fuel costs that declined from less fuel consumption and lower fuel price, together with expenses related to flight operation such as flight pay, aircraft maintenance, landing and parking fee and passenger services.

โลกในยุคปัจุบันเป็นยุคสีเทา ซึ่งมีโอกาสที่ภาคธุรกิจจะได้ทั้งผลบวกและลบ รายใดปรับตัวได้ มีความคิดต่างก็อยู่รอด แต่ถ้าใครรู้ไม่ทันโลก มีความรู้น้อย สู้ไม่ได้ ก็ต้องล้มไป ส่วนภาพรวมการขยายตัวของสินเชื่อในปีนี้คาดว่าจะขยายตัวได้ตามเป้าหมาย ซึ่งถือเป็นอัตราที่เหมาะสม เพราะถ้าหากสินเชื่อโตน้อยเกินไปก็จะไม่ช่วยการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ ในขณะเดียวกันหากสินเชื่อขยายตัวเร็วเกินไปภาวะเศรษฐกิจก็อาจรองรับไม่ทันหรือตกขอบได้ ดังนั้นจึงต้องมีความสมดุลทั้งสองด้าน นายบัณฑูร กล่าว

แนวโน้มของธุรกิจ e-commerce และโฮมช็อปปิ้ง ในไตรมาส 1/62 เติบโตสูงขึ้น และคาดว่าไตรมาส 2/62 ยังสามารถเติบโตได้  เนื่องจากมองว่า มูลค่าการซื้อขายสินค้าผ่านช่องทางดังกล่าว มีการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง และเพราะพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคยุคปัจจุบันมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง หันมาให้ความสนใจและสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์และโฮมช็อปปิ้งเพิ่มมากขึ้น  ซึ่งจากไลฟ์สไตล์ของผู้บริโภค และการเติบโตของดิจิทัลที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป นั่นแสดงว่า การนำเสนอสินค้าผ่านช่องทาง e-commerce และโฮมช็อปปิ้ง
