ด้านนักวิเคราะห์ บล.โนมูระ พัฒนสิน ระบุแนะนำ “ซื้อ” หุ้น JAS ในราคาเป้าหมายที่ 7.20 บาท/หุ้น เนื่องจากผลการดำเนินงานมีแนวโน้มฟื้นตัวตามรายได้และ GPM ของธุรกิจหลัก โดยประมาณการกำไรมี upside จากการขายสินทรัพย์รอบ 2 คาดชัดเจนในครึ่งหลังปี 61 และราคาหุ้นกลับมามี upside เกิน 15%

ทั้งนี้ ปัจจุบันบริษัทมียอดขายรอโอน (Backlog) ในมือมูลค่ารวมประมาณ 400 ล้านบาท จะทยอยรับรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ขณะเดียวกันบริษัทยังมีสินค้าเหลือขายจาก 3 โครงการที่อยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้างและขาย ซึ่งทั้ง 3 โครงการมีมูลค่าโครงการรวม 2,400 ล้านบาท ปัจจุบันมียอดขายแล้วเฉลี่ยประมาณ 50%
