Let’s get into the point of the “Online Lottery Lawsuit”. Starting with Loxley GTECH Technology Co., Ltd. (LGT), a subsidiary company of LOXLEY, lodged the GLO to proceed the project of selling lottery ticket online as in the agreement and claimed for the compensation of THB 6,000 million. An agreement of the Online Lottery Project had been signed and approved since 29 July 2005 but the project was delayed and canceled which made LOXLEY lodged to the administrative court in 2011.

บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ดีบีเอส วิคเคอร์ส (ประเทศไทย) ระบุในบทวิเคราะห์(30 พ.ย.)ว่า ตลาดหุ้นไทย มอร์นิ่งสตาร์คาด 5 สัปดาห์สุดท้ายของปี 2015 อาจจะมีเงินไหลเข้ากองทุน LTF RMF สูงถึง 3 หมื่นล้านบาท และทำให้เงินไหลเข้ากองทุน LTF RMF ในปีนี้จะไม่น้อยกว่าปี 2014 ทั้งนี้ในปี 2014 เงินไหลเข้ากองทุน LTF สุทธิ 3.4 หมื่นล้านบาท และในช่วง 1 ม.ค.-23 พ.ย.2015 มีเงินไหลเข้ามาซื้อกองทุน LTF แล้ว 8,516.80 ล้านบาท คาดว่าในช่วงที่เหลือของปีนี้จะเข้ามาอีกกว่า 2 หมื่นล้านบาทใกล้เคียงกับโค้งสุดท้ายของปี 2014
