อย่างไรก็ตาม ในช่วงที่มีการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด-19 เห็นการเติบโตของยอดขายผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์มากขึ้น จากพฤติกรรมการซื้อสินค้าที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปในช่วงนี้ ซึ่งบริษัทได้มีการจัดโปรโมชั่นเพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขายผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ เพื่อมาชดเชยกับยอดขายของสาขาที่ได้รับผลกระทบ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของบริการจัดส่งภายในวันเดียวให้ดีและครอบคลุมพื้นที่ต่างๆมากขึ้น ประกอบกับใช้แพลตฟอร์ม Omni Channel อำนวยความสะดวกให้ลูกค้าสามารถมารับสินค้าที่สาขาได้ โดยที่ในปีนี้บริษัทคาดว่าสัดส่วนยอดขายผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์จะเพิ่มขึ้นมาอยู่ที่ 1.5-2% จากปีก่อนที่ 1%
